THE GERMAN-NAMIBIAN PARTNERSHIP TAKE OVER THE SHAREHOLDING OF THE SEAFOOD IMPORTER AND WHOLESALER IN SOUTHERN GERMANY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kronshagen \/ Garching, 29.11.2019 <\/strong>\u2013 ALL-FISH\nHandelsgesellschaft mbH (All-Fish), Kronshagen, and Seawork Fish Processors\n(Pty) Ltd (SFP), Walvis Bay, Namibia will collaboratively take over the\nshareholding of INTERCONT Gro\u00dfhandels GmbH in Garching, Germany, effective 1\nMarch 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The previous shareholders jointly\ndecided to sell their business to the experienced partnership of All-Fish and\nSFP to ensure that the legacy built up over many years continues to thrive with\nthe youth and drive which the new owners bring to the table. \u201cWe are very happy\nto have reached an agreement are relieved to know that INTERCONT will be led by\na team of professionals and will stay a force to be reckoned with for many\nyears to come.\u201d former shareholders and management team Giuseppe Mavica and\nManfred L\u00f6w. The previous shareholders both agreed that for them it was\nimportant to find suitable successors that bring with them the necessary\nexperience and enthusiasm to run the business forward and to take it to new\nheights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Herman Kroes, Stefan Schulze und\nAlexander K\u00f6gel will take over as the future management team of INTERCONT. Herman\nKroes explained: \u201cWe would like to ensure all of INTERCONT\u2019s current business\npartners that for them there will be no significant changes or implications as\na result of the takeover. INTERCONT will remain in operation independently from\nAll-Fish and SFP and will continue to supply the same variety of products, in\nparticular the ITC brand, to the existing customer base\u201d. Stefan Schulze\nreiterated that \u201cthrough the established synergies with All-Fish and SFP we are\nsure to build on the previous business successes of INTERCONT.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n ALL-FISH will be an exhibitor at the\n\u201cFish International\u201d expo in Bremen, Germany from 9 to 11 February 2020.
